Installation and Quality of Work
Some customers have reported issues with the quality of work and installation of their solar panels. Steve Schuller and Marco Sanguinetti experienced system failures on the second day of installation, and Marco's system still has not passed inspection four months after installation. Tina Vazquez noticed that the installers left behind pipes, goggles, and garbage in her gutters, and also left broken tiles on the second story that were not fixed.
Customer Service and Communication
Several customers have had issues with the company's customer service and communication. Steve Schuller was unable to reach customer support, and Marco Sanguinetti experienced poor communication and misinformation throughout the installation process. Ryan King-Daley had a particularly negative experience, stating that the company lies to customers and pushes jobs through without permitted plans. He also mentioned that the company tries to get inspections passed without the changed plans and does not provide sick pay or vacation time to its employees.
Positive Experiences
However, Fidelis Ogwu and Rachel Peterson had positive experiences with the company. DeAnn, a representative from the company, was super knowledgeable and responsive, and Fidelis would definitely recommend the company. Rachel was also impressed with the company's services and found the process easy to navigate.
